The North East Indianapolis Office of Right at Home is locally owned and operated by Spencer and Heidi Grimm. Right at Home is a national franchise www.rightathome.net.  We have more than 160 locally owned offices across the country.

The mission of Right at Home is to improve the quality of life for those we serve.

Spencer has extensive experience in sales and management and holds an MBA. Heidi has extensive experience in the accounting and financial industry. She holds a Bachelors Degree in Business.  Both Spencer and Heidi have experience in family owned and operated businesses.  Spencer and Heidi decided to start their own Right at Home Franchise in order to provide a rewarding and valuable service to the community.

Spencer and Heidi have experienced the special needs of elderly family members and understand the importance of high quality, highly competent and reliable caregivers. Their caring staff provides services such as homemaking, companionship, respite care, Alzheimer’s care, hospice care, plus much more.  They serve seniors and adults with disabilities in their homes, or in facilities such as assisted/independent living, nursing homes, rehab or long term care facilities or hospitals.  Care is provided wherever and whenever care is needed.
